Please join The National Exchange Club on Wednesday, October 13th at 3:00 pm EDT for what will be a monthly nationwide Exchange Club Events & Fundraising National Forum focused on event and fundraising engagement.

 

Our new event and fundraising solutions partner, Eventgroove, will join our monthly sessions for a conversation focused on new ideas and best practices in support of upcoming club projects and fundraisers.

 

This inaugural monthly session will provide the following:

 

• A full overview of the Eventgroove platform and examples of Exchange Club projects;
• How to set up your local Exchange Club on the Eventgroove Platform; and,
• How to best prepare your club for the use of this easy-to-use, customizable online tool.

 

In addition, we will introduce the official Eventgroove training schedule for all Clubs to take part. These will be recorded and made available for future viewing for those clubs that cannot attend these sessions.

 

Meanwhile, Eventgroove is actively working with a number of Exchange Clubs and onboarding them to the service. And, their team is ready and available to work directly with any club ready to implement the platform for upcoming fall fundraisers and events.
